Green Traveller recognized these attractions, accommodations, restaurants, and activities as Estonia's top destinations for sustainable tourism.
Estonia has some of the cleanest air in the world, and nearly a quarter of its land and sea territory is under protection.
It also ranked first in Yale's 2024 Environmental Performance Index. This green mindset extend to the country's tourism offerings, as well.
Green Traveller highlights places worth visiting because they care about the environment and strive to reduce their ecological footprint. The following places in Estonia were recognized as the top destinations for sustainable tourism.
