Elamus Spa sauna rituals

Elamus Spa is the largest sauna center in the Baltics, with 22 different saunas and the largest selection of daily sauna rituals. There are 13 saunas in the entire family area and nine saunas in the adult-only Spa21 + area. All are distinctive and have different temperatures, offering experiences for every taste.

Sauna rituals last 12-15 minutes and take place under the guidance of experienced sauna masters. Each sauna ritual offers the visitor deep relaxation, a sense of well-being, whisking, alluring aromas, and sounds that help to enhance the healing effects of the sauna on both the body and the spirit. In addition to classic sauna rituals, the Aufguss sauna theater performance takes place in the biggest sauna in the Baltics. The sauna can hold more than 100 people and is equipped with sound, light, and video technology.
