Wittenstein Time Center in Paide Castle's Tower

The Wittenstein Time Center is located in the fully restored rampart tower of the 13th-century Paide Order Castle, one of the city's oldest and most famous attractions.

The Wittenstein Time Center invites you on an exciting time travel through Estonian history. Here, the elevator becomes a time machine, taking you floor by floor through the ancient era, the era of knights and order masters, the times of tsars and presidents, up to the occupation period and Estonia's re-independence. On each floor, you will find captivating light and sound effects, engaging videos, and exciting hands-on exhibits. This is a place where history does not stand behind glass — it comes alive!

The Time Center is perfect for the whole family. Explorers of all ages will find something for themselves here. Four-legged friends are also welcome, as history belongs to everyone!

In addition to regular visits, we offer thematic dinners by era, workshops, guided tours, and the possibility of holding seminars.
