Virtual reality time travel "VR Tallinn 1939/44"

"VR Tallinn 1939/1944" takes you to Tallinn's Old Town before and after World War II.

The experience is available in two separate parts, which you can explore independently or consecutively to get a comprehensive overview of Tallinn during the Estonian Republic and the impact of World War II on the city. Rent VR glasses and travel back in time to the years 1939 and 1944, where you can experience Tallinn's history vividly, colorfully, spatially, and interactively.

In the first part, you will discover pre-war Tallinn in all its glory – lively streets, magnificent buildings, and urban spaces, much of which was destroyed in the March bombing of 1944. To end a long day, relax in the suite of the Golden Lion Hotel.

The second part shows the war's devastating impact and helps you understand the mark World War II left on Tallinn. 

Although you can enjoy both parts separately, we recommend completing both for a full time-travel experience.
