Viking Village canoe trip "Journey of Wisdom" on the Pirita River

This Viking Village canoe trip takes you and your group of friends or colleagues to the Pirita River to test your paddling skills and team spirit. The approximately 8-km-long journey lasts 1.5–2.5 hours. On the river, situations may require cooperation, ingenuity, and sometimes strength to move forward. Beavers contribute to the adventure by ensuring that the way back to the Viking Village is not too easy. You can also test your Viking knowledge by answering questions along the way.

Before the journey, the instructor reviews essential paddling techniques and safety instructions, and all participants receive a life jacket. Participants gather at the Viking Village, drive to the starting point, and paddle back to the village. Each canoe can accommodate two adults and a third child under 14 years old.

Bring weather-appropriate clothing, spare shoes if necessary, drinking water, mosquito repellent, and a waterproof bag for your phone. At the end, you can add a pre-ordered meal and a warm sauna to the experience.
