The atmosphere of the University of Tartu Library creates an inspiring environment typical of a university town, where knowledge and culture blend.

The University of Tartu Library's conference center has 21 rooms of varying sizes. The large hall with 180 seats is ideal for conferences, concerts, festival openings, and book presentations. Seven seminar rooms of varying sizes can accommodate 15–50 participants each. Additionally, it is possible to use a computer classroom and group work rooms designed for 4–12 participants. The library foyer is suitable for organizing smaller fairs. The rooms are equipped with technology, and tables and chairs are arranged according to the needs of the event.

An added value of the conference center is the art and literature exhibitions, which change every few months and are available throughout the hall and in the exhibition room. It is possible to include a guided tour of the library in the event program.

Catering can be provided by different companies or by the Library's in-house café, Gaudeamus.
