Street Art Festival Stencibility

Stencibility is a street art festival which believes that free and independent street art is necessary. The festival unites artists and people who support this cause. We bring the most fascinating street art projects to the audience, explain the nature of street art to to the wider public, and support the active scene of street artists. 

The festival is attended by local and foreign street artists who create their works in Tartu's urban space. In addition, the programme has two exhibitions – one of which takes visitors to an abandoned house, the other to a van built as a mobile gallery.
