Sparkling wine recorking workshop at Allikukivi Wine Manor

Step into the historic wine cellar of Allikukivi Wine Manor and discover one of sparkling wine's most fascinating traditions. During this unique experience, you will learn how French monks manually re-corked sparkling wine bottles centuries ago, and you will also try this historical technique yourself.

Together with the winemaker, we will dive into the world of sparkling wine production, discuss traditional production methods, and briefly take on the role of winemaker ourselves. Each participant will manually cork a real bottle of sparkling wine and take it with them as a souvenir. The experience is complemented by a tasting of three handcrafted berry wines made at Allikukivi Wine Manor, introducing the distinctive taste of wines made from Estonian berries.
