Seikle Vabaks kayak tour to Manija Island
Manija is a small, idyllic Estonian island in Pärnu Bay, and a perfect destination for a daytime kayak trip! The island is adorned with wildflowers and blackberry bushes, and goats, sheep, cows, and alpacas graze on the grass.
Manija is located less than 1 km from the mainland, and the coast is always visible. Therefore, the trip is also suitable for those who feel less confident on the water or do not swim well, but still want to try kayaking safely. The trip is also well-suited for families with children aged 7 and older. Animals living on the island provide a lot of excitement for children – along the way, you may encounter goats, sheep, and cattle, and visit alpacas and rabbits, which can be fed if desired. At the end of summer, we pick blackberries.
On-site, we take a walk on the island, stop by a souvenir shop, and head towards the lighthouse, exploring the nature and village roads. With prior booking, we can also visit Manija Museum.
A kayaking trip does not require previous experience – we provide instructions before the trip, and a guide will accompany you throughout the journey!
