Salme Sai Bakery

We are a small family-run bakery named Salme Sai on Saaremaa, in Sõrve, to be specific. We offer a variety of delicious pastries, rye bread, cookies, and cakes, all made from as many local and organic ingredients as possible. We also offer a daily soup. In the same café building, we produce Tanel's mayonnaise. All mayonnaises can be tasted and purchased at the café.

Additionally, we produce organic eggs, Saaremaa Organic Eggs, which are nicely displayed on the café counter. The bread shelves in the interior design evoke memories of a store once located in the same building. The café has a children's corner so that both parents and little ones feel as comfortable as possible. Friendly dogs are very welcome; if needed, ask the staff for a water bowl. 
Once you're full, take a walk in the beautiful seaside Salme village, where you can find fascinating stories about Vikings and their discoveries.
