Restaurant Ormisson was named after Villem Ormisson, the son of Andreas Ormisson – the founder of the Park Hotel Viljandi building. Villem was a painter and art pedagogue, who was among the most prominent members of the Pallas art association.

The simple and bright restaurant in Park Hotel Viljandi seats up to 42 people and offers delicacies from carefully selected high-quality raw ingredients. Our menu is inspired by seasonal foods and fresh ideas. We also have an exciting drink menu.
