Luidja Beach and camping area

Luidja Beach is one of the best-known and most beloved sandy beaches in Hiiumaa. Here you will find a wide and spacious beach area where you can swim, build sandcastles, and sunbathe on beach chairs. The sea bottom is sandy, and the waves invite you to swim and frolic.

There is a nice playground and swings on the beach, where both younger and older children can find something to do.

A shady path to the beach begins at the parking lot, passing through the Luidja alders, which shield the beach and the dunes from the wind. Nearby is a camping area and the Meite Möte tavern.

There is no lifeguard at Luidja Beach, and swimming is at your own risk.
