Kumu's first children's exhibition "Tu ja Minakaru"

At Kumu Art Museum in Tallinn, the children's exhibition "Tu ja Minakaru" is part of Estonia's permanent exhibition "Identity Landscapes" and discusses topics related to children. The playful display helps discover how art reflects who we are and aids in a better understanding of ourselves and others.

The entire exhibition is created at a child's eye level for viewing, listening, and discovering. The multi-level space offers the opportunity to move around and experience art from high and low, near and far, standing and lying down.
The exhibition features over 30 works, including paintings by beloved artists such as Johann Köler, Paul Raud, Karl Pärsimägi, Konrad Mägi, Olga Terri, and many others, as well as works by major figures in Estonian sculpture.

When starting to explore the exhibition, we recommend taking the MINAPASS activity sheet, which can be found on the table right upon entering. MINAPASS contains tasks and questions that guide viewing and discussing the works and thinking about one's self-image.
