Karulaugu health and ski trail and Põhjakonna Stairs
The Karulaugu health trail runs through the Haabneeme Klint Reserve. It follows the contours of the land and is covered with environmentally friendly wood chips. The Lubja Klint rose from the water about 11,500 years ago and is the oldest and highest place along the trail.
The Põhjakonna Stairs are built on the 50 m-high limestone klint, which is the highest elevation difference in Estonia. The stairs are illuminated at night, offering a stunning view. The illuminated staircase, which zigzags along a steep hillside, is only supported on one side, while it follows the natural slope of the mountain on the other side.
The trail also passes a power station and massive fuel tanks built during the Soviet era.
