Estonia on a plate
An exclusive four-hands dining experience
We are delighted to present an exclusive gastronomic experience as part of Hooked on Tallinn – a four-hands chef’s table. This is a rare opportunity to experience the creative synergy between two of Estonia’s most exciting chefs in an intimate setting that celebrates sustainability, seasonality, and storytelling.
This intimate 10-seat dining experience invites you into a dialogue between the kitchens of SOO Restaurant and WICCA with chefs Karoliina Jaakkola and Helena Vallimäe.
Both of these outstanding restaurants have earned a spot in the Michelin Guide. SOO holds a prestigious Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainable gastronomy, and Helena Vallimäe was honored as Estonia’s Chef of the Year in 2022.
Guests will go on an 8-course, finely composed, 70- 75-minute culinary journey; the menu will highlight seasonal Nordic ingredients with refined Estonian flair. View the invitation and check out the menu here!
Please note: Allergies must be communicated at least 36 hours before your reserved seating. Due to the nature of this curated experience, specific dietary preferences or alternative diets cannot be accommodated.
