Hiiu Gourmet herb tea and flavored salt workshop

Take a moment to explore Hiiumaa's flavors and create your own personalized herbal tea or spice blend.

In Hiiu Gourmet's workshop, you'll get a brief overview of the plants growing on the island of Hiiumaa and their uses, sample our blends, and then choose suitable ingredients to mix your own personal herbal tea blend or spice mix. The tea packages contain gifts from Hiiumaa's forests and meadows, and the flavor mixes are characterized by juniper and seaweed. You'll take home a jar to remind you that your next destination should be Hiiumaa.

We conduct workshops at the Hiiu Gourmet Factory and can also come to your chosen location by agreement to discover Hiiumaa through its plants. The workshop is ideal as a practical interlude for a seminar or conference.

The workshop is available year-round by prior arrangement and lasts approximately one hour. Each workshop can accommodate 8-40 participants.
