Herbal tea workshop at Örreke Studio

Come and discover the richness of Estonian nature in a cup of tea! In Örreke's workshop, we dive into the world of medicinal plants and herbs, from which Estonians have drawn strength, health, and well-being through the ages.

The workshop instructor introduces the tastes, scents, and beneficial properties of various plants and discusses their role in Estonian folklore. You'll learn when to gather plants, how to dry them, and which blends to choose for different moods and needs – whether it's a calming evening tea, an invigorating morning blend, or a festive flavored tea.

In the practical part, each participant can mix a unique tea blend using herbs from Örreke's home garden and the meadows of Leenu Farm on Saaremaa. The finished blend is packed in a lovely package for you to take home.
