Harmonikum's bread-baking workshop offers a comprehensive overview of traditional Estonian homemade bread making. The workshop will cover topics such as making and storing sourdough, leavening bread dough, kneading, and using suitable additives. You will have the opportunity to taste different bread varieties and, if you wish, knead the dough yourself and bake your own little loaf of bread.

You will take home recipes, tips, bread starter, and home-baked hot bread from the workshop.
