Kalamaja is the hipster district of Tallinn, but it still has a post-Soviet suburb vibe to it. We will explore its industrial history: its imposing buildings are now in the hands of the artist community – the former powerful factories are full of culture and design. Additionally, there are cosy cafes on the terraces of centuries-old wooden houses.
