Cocktail tasting at NOËP Distillery

NOËP Distillery's production building is located in Tallinn's Krulli Quarter, where, in addition to fine drinks, NOËP's hits that reach millions of listeners are also created. For us, the entire gin production process is all about careful local craftsmanship. Right above the production facilities is the NOËP studio. During the introduction of our premises and production, you get a beautiful overview of how a gin reaches the bottle, starting from an original concept.

NOËP Distillery's product range includes one gin and one non-alcoholic alternative. SÜNK London Dry Gin is suitable for mixing into classic cocktails as well as tasting neat. SÜNK Alcohol Free is the perfect companion in non-alcoholic cocktails.

At the tasting, you are greeted with five carefully crafted SÜNK cocktails — the best way to see how versatile gin can truly be and how so many cocktails can be made from it. The bartender shows how a cocktail is born, talks about gin, and provides recipes if desired, because your new favorite cocktail can also be made entirely at home.
