Bruto Bakery

Bruto is a small bakery in Tallinn's Old Town where we bake New York-style cookies. We always prepare them in small batches to ensure freshness and a perfect texture. Each cookie is handmade, with attention to detail and balanced flavors.

Our menu is updated regularly, offering seasonally inspired flavors and special editions that bring new, playful, and surprising options to our selection year-round. Additionally, the menu features a rotating selection of savory cookies, creating a pleasant balance alongside our classic sweet pastries. At the bakery, we offer coffee roasted in Estonia that complements our treats.

Our bakery is small, but its minimalist design creates a calm and personal atmosphere. Concrete walls, warm lighting, and intentionally selected interior design elements create an aesthetic space where you can relax and enjoy your time.
