Audaku Study Trail

Audaku Study Trail traverses the characteristic habitats and forests of the Viidumäe Nature Reserve. This area is the oldest and highest part of Saaremaa, with a peak reaching 59 meters above sea level.

By following the signposts and blue paint marks on the trees, the trail is easy to navigate. The Viidumäe Nature Reserve, with its mild maritime climate, is particularly rich in species — here you might encounter ivy climbing up a mast pine or some rare orchids. Various Estonian meadow flowers bloom in the wooded meadow.

The trail begins and ends at the Viidumäe Nature Center's parking lot.

Note: The Audaku Study Trail may be wet in lower areas during the rainy season.
