The café in nearby Fotografiska offers breakfast until noon on weekdays, but on weekends, they do brunch all day.
Start off your walking tour of the Kopli district with a pastry and coffee from Karjase sai. You can go savory with a rosemary and sea salt bun or try their cardamom monkey bread.
City Center
The modern and stylish Dot Café on Pärnu Mnt. offers breakfast all day long. It's also popular with nearby office workers who come for their delicious daily lunch specials. Further down on Pärnu Mnt., you can have a "grenka" at Grenka Café — it's like an open-faced sandwich made with fried bread. For breakfast, they also offer sõrnikud, a traditional, thick pancake made with quark and served with sour cream.
