Elva Station Building
The construction of the historical and romantic Elva Station Building in 1889 laid the foundation for the town's birth and subsequent development. The establishment of the railway and the completion of the station building made Elva a popular holiday destination, attracting many holidaymakers.
It was built in a classical style, and its beautiful facade is characteristic of 19th-century station buildings. Due to its architectural value, the building is protected as a heritage site. The building's history and wooden details create a pleasant visual backdrop for photography enthusiasts and those who appreciate architecture and history.
The station houses a café, a shop, and the Elav Elva Visitor Center, which showcases local attractions and helps visitors plan adventures in the area. The shop offers products from local designers. The station's waiting room is modern, comfortable, and cozy, and you can use its small library, work remotely, or enjoy a hot drink.
