There is a modern gin distillery operating at the premises of the historic vodka "kitchen" of Tohisoo Manor. But TOHI is not just a gin distillery. You can visit us and see with your own eyes how gin is produced. During the tour we will explain how gin is made and probably spill some secrets. We offer gin tasting as well. Come and test if you can recognise notes of juniper berries, nordic berries or passion fruit.
