We rent out the Kai Art Centre's 420 m² gallery and the auditorium-cinema hall with 70 stationary seats and a grandstand. With 6-metre-high ceilings, the spacious gallery is the ideal venue for gala dinners, receptions, private parties, concerts, fashion shows, client events or press conferences. Kai Art Centre's auditorium-cinema hall can accommodate smaller audiences: the hall can seat up to 100 people with additional chairs.

Parking in the Noblessner seafront quarter is subject to a fee according to the price list of each parking lot. You can get to the Kai Art Centre with buses no 73 (stop Noblessneri) and No 3 (stop Kungla).
