Pakri peninsula was closed to normal people almost 50 years because of soviet occupation and all peninsula including Paldiski city was one huge military complex. 

Today this place is attractive for wilderness lovers, with monumental cliff, beautiful lighthouse, home for migrating and nesting birds, stoney and sandy beaches and of course view over the sea, you don't wanna miss that.
