Ivan Chai is a fermented tea made from fireweed leaves. The lovely plant that attracts bees in our pure nature with its bright purple flowers in summer has recently won the hearts of many as a tea plant.
Although Ivan Chai has many healing properties, this tea can also be used as a daily beverage.

In June, July, August, and September, we harvest the narrow-leaved fireweed leaves in the wild and process them in the traditional way. In the workshop, we will learn how to make this wonderful tea.
Duration: two hours with tea drinking (you can also choose to only learn to make the tea – 1 hour).
